New entrance flooring, staff bathroom renovation, a cement board service shaft, new render, skim coat and painting throughout. Plasterboard ceiling, grease trap, linear drain, aluminium doors and asphalt membrane waterproofing. A contract addendum added a sidewalk, external corridor flooring and membrane on the roof slab.
