Facade repair
Removal and reinstallation of cladding, crack and movement-joint treatment, painting and waterproofing. Pull-off tests on the scratch and render coats confirm adhesion before handover.
Structural repair
Removal of deteriorated concrete, cleaning and protection of reinforcement, reinstatement with structural mortar and strengthening of beams and slabs, under an engineer of record.
Steel structures
Supply and erection of steel-section structures with steel-frame and drywall enclosures. The Hospital São Luiz extension alone took 18 tonnes of structural steel.
Renovations and upgrades
Renovation of hospital wards, imaging departments, bathrooms and kitchens, as well as shops, offices and condominium common areas.
Technical surveys and expert support
Technical surveys, inspection reports and opinions for condominiums and companies, plus expert technical support, always issued with a technical responsibility record (ART) by a civil engineer.
Property development
In-house residential developments: design, permits, construction, occupancy permit and individual title deeds. The Luamar condominium in Jacaraípe was the first.
