Plasterboard wall on 70 mm studs with glass wool, air-conditioner and window openings closed with ceramic blocks, and 3 LED panels (60x60). Removal of hollow-sounding render and timber skirting, half-height porcelain tiling with aluminium trim, skim coat and PVA paint.
