Rooms divided with plasterboard walls insulated with rock wool and cement board walls in the bathrooms, asphalt membrane waterproofing and porcelain tiles on walls and floors. Plasterboard ceilings, doors, aluminium windows and hopper vents, electrical points, LED lighting, relocated split air-conditioners and satin acrylic paint. Also includes renovation of consulting room 3.
