Villa Toscana Building: pool renovation

Removal of the existing tiles, render, edge and membrane, surface preparation and a new asphalt membrane with protective screed. New tiling with movement joints, gratings around the edge, granite coping and LED lighting, plus regrouting of the pool deck, barbecue area and access ramp.
